Ordered a solar outdoor light on Mon and it arrived Tues!!
Well made product, contains 3 batteries so gives a bright light.

Lighting direct were excellent. The goods were exactly as described, came very well packaged and at a very fast speed. The issue was the delivery company. More than two hours before my delivery slot, I was sent an email saying it had been delivered to my house, where no one was in. I've only just moved. From the photo, I couldn't tell which house it had been left at, but it didn't matter, because when I got home two hours later, the neighbour had left it on my terrace doorstep where anyone walking past could have taken it.

As other reviews mentioned these Kyo wall lights have minimal space for wiring so it can be difficult to get them to sit flush on the wall, but they are attractive, give a decent light effect and I just have to decide whether to paint them or not. Although delicate they were very well packaged, so no problems there.

I a light and bulbs on express delivery, was then told the light was out of stock and the bulbs have not been delivered and only found out they came when I was out online! No note left.
My email to complain bounced back and I am wondering what's going on or maybe just get my 300+pounds refunded?!

Unfortunatley the delivery service is very poor they will not leave your package in a safe place, someone has to personally take delivery!!! My wife and I both work full time so this is a real pain. Most other companies will leave the package in a safe place. I will not be using them again

Great customer service delivered on time well packaged so no damage. Unfortunately the bulbs I ordered were missing. I think they maybe out of stock and will arrive later. Would still recommend this company as I will be ordering again.

My order for two ceiling lights was safely received without any delay. Unfortunately on examination, the paint or varnish finish on the Cut 43 Flush Light White was found to be unsatisfactory. I am surprised that this was not picked up by Quality Control
as the imperfection clearly occurred in the manufacturing process. I hope the light will be replaced promptly.
Having reported this matter to the Company and sent a photograph of the imperfect finish, I was delighted to be informed that a replacement light had been sent to me. The replacement arrived within 48 hrs and is in perfect condition. Lighting Direct are to be congratulated for addressing this issue speedily and without any additional costs being charged to the customer.
